Classes

The open classes are intended for experienced practitioners who wish to explore the body in depth. The focus is on fascial movement: flowing, elastic, and multidimensional. This practice invites participants to experience the body from within, rather than to shape it. Movements arise less from conscious control and more from subtle, attentive sensing, known as Sensing. Fascia does not respond to force, but to attention, impulses, and the quality of contact. Through slow, mindful transitions, the fascial system is engaged: gliding, stretching, springing, and releasing. Individual postures are held longer to give the tissue time to reorganize. In these moments, space emerges to sense how movement arises from within, not as a technique, but as a response. The muscular system is not ignored. It provides structure, stability, and direction. In connection with the fascial layer, a balanced practice emerges: powerful yet permeable, stable yet alive. The teacher guides this process with precise attention and a respect for each individual’s bodily wisdom. Corrections take a backseat. Exploration, not achievement, is at the forefront.

This form of practice strengthens body awareness and trust in the body’s natural intelligence. It supports the ability to move from the inside out, connected, present, and alert.
