A gentle intake process forms the foundation on which we move forward together. From there, a process of exploration and sensing begins—at your own pace.
My work combines well-founded, body-oriented methods from yoga therapy with approaches from somatic movement therapy and embryological impulses, which help the body remember its original wholeness.
